Bruxism

Bruxism - The habitual, involuntary grinding or clenching of the teeth, usually during sleep, as from anger, tension, fear, or frustration.

So it looks like the causes are from anger, tension, fear, or frustration. It looks like I'm going through one of these items. Maybe it is the lack of work, or perhaps some other frustrations I'm not aware of. In any case, this mouth guard thing that you have to wear is pretty neat! :D

CDE

The CDE was held this weekend at Durham college. I played all events including singles, doubles, and mixed. I started off the friday winning my first 3 matches in singles. Since there wasn't enough time to finish the singles, I had to wait till saturday to lose to the 2nd seeded player who is the same person who beat me in the OCAAs. GRRR! Anyway, I lost in singles and I ended up losing in doubles as well. :( I was so disappointed in both cases because I thought I should have done better. Good thing Amo was there to cheer me up. :D I did end up winning mixed doubles with Sinead so that was super cool. :D All in all, a long weekend spent mainly with Amo and lots of badminton. Dtrinh1 is now dead tired and his legs are caving in. :P
